  • By booking with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to all conditions stated here.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

  • Full payment must be completed before travel documents, tickets, or vouchers are issued.

  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, seasonal rates, taxes, and supplier terms.

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary based on airlines, hotels, and tour partners.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the rules of the respective service provider.

  • Service charges, convenience fees, and processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Refund timelines depend on third-party providers and may take 7–30 working days.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • Guests must carry valid passports, visas, identification, vaccination certificates, and any documents required by authorities.

  • Wayfarer Holidays is not responsible for refusal of entry, denied boarding, expired documents, or immigration decisions.

  • Any additional costs arising from such circumstances must be borne by the traveller.

5. Itinerary & Service Changes

  • Wayfarer Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, operational issues, political situations, or safety concerns.

  • In the event of unavoidable changes, equivalent alternatives will be provided where possible.

  • Certain activities may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety or operational reasons.

6. Client Responsibilities

Travellers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking

  • Follow instructions from tour guides, partners, or authorities

  • Maintain respectful behaviour throughout the journey

  • Ensure personal safety and care of belongings

Wayfarer Holidays is not liable for loss of personal items or negligence-related incidents.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Wayfarer Holidays is not responsible for delays, natural disasters, accidents, strikes, political unrest, health issues, or any events beyond our control.

  • Compensation, if applicable, will be governed by the service provider’s policies.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our service charges.

8. Health & Safety

  • Travellers must ensure they are medically fit for travel.

  • Any health issues, medical expenses, or emergencies must be handled by the traveller.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Use of Website

  • Users agree not to misuse the website or distribute unauthorized content.
